Hello

I'm Martina, an architectural design graduate (Bachelor of Science and Masters of Architecture) with an additional Master of Disaster, Design and Development completed with RMIT (Melbourne).

In my undergraduate I started enquiring about architectural methods of design and the assumptions and positions that define how we impose order or embrace chance and specificity - or both. These reflections paired with an approach and aptitude for learning and research has led me to seeking further academic work and qualifications, the latest of which was a Master of Disaster, Design and Development with RMIT in Melbourne.

In my work, I aim to explore things creatively and thoughtfully with reference to philosophy, nature and a systems based approach to thinking.

Currently, I am expanding with reflexivity into the inter-cultural space, theory and more-than-human cosmologies.

This blog is a documentation of process, learning, ideas and reflective thought as I go on working, studying, traveling and living.
